I purchased an online ticket in Philippine Airlines and I accidentally made a mistake of switching the surname and the first name of the passengers. I requested the airline to swtich it and now they expect me to pay the charges. It’s not stated in their terms and conditions that there are charges. What should I do? Philippines is very strategic for US forces guarding terrorist’s threat from Asian contenent thats why the US Government is holding the US-RP forces agreement.
