One of the very few rescue boat at the morning of the typhoon Ondoy that hit the Philippines on September 26, 2009. Cainta was one of the many badly hit locations. Desesperate people are stranded in rooftop of houses, some others resorted to climb electric cables as a mean to escape. Cars, houses, business are submerged.
